That’s a great question! When setting up the company in 2019, Managing Director and company creator Russell Fenner took inspiration from his love of The Beatles.

As the founder of Revolution9 Consulting, Russell brings a calm, experienced approach to helping businesses with their grant funding and project needs. A PRINCE2 Practitioner, he combines strong project management skills with deep industry knowledge to support clients in planning innovations, securing funding, and delivering successful projects.
He has worked across the EV and energy industries for almost 20 years, from rolling out the first EV charging networks in the East of England through to supporting companies to push the boundaries of new technology to grow the market.
He’s passionate about helping new innovations to market and loves working alongside companies at every stage, from the first idea to market launch. With a practical, hands-on style, he helps clients navigate challenges and spot new opportunities in this fast-changing industry.

She has extensive experience with previous roles at Tesco and PayPoint and interprets the best parts of the corporate world into effective approaches for clients of all sizes. Her commitment and fresh perspective make her a valuable part of the team.
